It's Baked By Nicole offers local delivery within 10kms of Balwyn, Victoria for free. Pick up is also available. We endeavour to pack your order securely but understandably It's Baked By Nicole is not responsible for any damage to your order once it has been picked up. The best place to transport your order is on the passenger side floor. Please ensure you keep your car cool during transportation. For delivery beyond, we can quote this as part of the ordering process.

It's Baked By Nicole prefers at least 3-4 weeks notice to ensure quality and individual customisation. Should you need an order any sooner please contact us to check booking availability.

It's Baked By Nicole will work with you to confirm your individualised order upon confirmation. We request a 50% deposit to confirm your order. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to order collection/delivery. We offer credit card payments through the Square system, direct account transfer or cash.

After much trial and error, It's Baked By Nicole use Swiss Meringue Buttercream in all buttercream orders as it provides a silky, light and not too sweet finish.
