Do you offer delivery?

It's Baked By Nicole offers local delivery within 10kms of Balwyn, Victoria for free.
 
Pick up is also available. We endeavour to pack your order securely but understandably It's Baked By Nicole is not responsible for any damage to your order once it has been picked up. The best place to transport your order is on the passenger side floor. Please ensure you keep your car cool during transportation.
 
For delivery beyond, we can quote this as part of the ordering process.

Do you offer any other flavours or fillings?

How far in advance should I place my order?

Accepted Answer

It's Baked By Nicole prefers at least 3-4 weeks notice to ensure quality and individual customisation. Should you need an order any sooner please contact us to check booking availability.

Question 4

How do I pay for my order?

Accepted Answer

It's Baked By Nicole will work with you to confirm your individualised order upon confirmation. We request a 50% deposit to confirm your order.
 
The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to order collection/delivery. We offer credit card payments through the Square system, direct account transfer or cash.

What type of buttercream do you use?

After much trial and error, It's Baked By Nicole use Swiss Meringue Buttercream in all buttercream orders as it provides a silky, light and not too sweet finish.

Do you do wedding cakes?

Yes we do! Enquiry directly so we can create a custom quote for you for your special day.

It's Baked By Nicole creates your order in a kitchen which uses a variety of ingredients. All of our cakes contain eggs, butter, dairy and flour containing gluten. What we create for you may contain traces of nuts, soy, sesame and the like. 
 
If you are concerned about allergen information please raise this during the customised ordering process. We will endeavour to do our best to cater for your needs.
